A child's dream come true, but this time not mine, but that of my sister. And nothing prepared us for what we were about to discover ...

Giza. The three pyramids Kephren, Khufu and Mykerinos are quite a show. Then our camel ride brings us to the Sphinx before continuing to Saqquara ...

Abu Simbel. The final destination of our trip.
After three hours of crossing the desert at dawn we finally reach the mythical and majestic temple of immense proportions.
4 colossi stand before us and we feel how it would be in the past to be there facing this temple in the Pharaonic era ... a whole program ...

Then it was the turn of Philae temple that we reached by taking a small boat, because the temple with beautiful hieroglyphics is on an island ...

A quick stop in Amsterdam before arriving during night in Cairo facing the pyramids, we are about to see forward to the window of our hotel, at sunrise ...

After an night in train, here we are in Luxor to visit Luxor temple first but also of Karnak in the morning. Two magnificent temples including one very famous because the obelisk that was at the entrance and left now, has been moved to the place of concord in Paris, just left only his twin ... :-)
