Where the Sun Shines all the year...

     But Orlando has not show all its secrets… While walking by "City Walk" and "Pleasure Island" two night islands of the parks Universal and DisneyWorld, we want to continue evening in a medieval environment of "Medieval Times" where you can eat without covers, and finish the party in a "Hooters" restaurant of which even the name… made us dream…

The Everglades. At origin, the everglades recovered all Florida but man built his cities there, then whats reminds became a protected territory where we can find alligators, snakes, but also marshes, birds and quite funny turtles…
Within the everglades a boat ballad has to be made to show us the vastness of this still wild territory……

CAPE CARNAVERAL.
Or the conquest of Space by Man. July 20, 1969 (day of my birthday but not the same year), one man, Neil Armstrong, walks on the moon. A small step for man, a great step for humanity. This is here in Cape Carnaveral which we could find the feelings that thousands of people have feel on this past day, 40 years ago...

The trip

  And here we are here finally! : DISNEYWORLD! After thousands of kms, the dream of Walt Disney awaits to us. A so huge park which has its own motorways and railway network, an homage to the vastness for a park which the size so impressive, a park whose only one district can sometimes exceed our French parks… Disneyworld, this is not less than 5 different worlds, 2 water parks, a whole world devoted to the night and full of others surprises…, the dream of a whole life…

It all began on the April 25th, 2005, where my sister Sabrina and me after a preparation during many months to realize this travel. From the Luxembourg Airport, we reach Paris in hardly twenty minutes, just the time for breakfast, and here we are leaving direction Miami with ten hours of flight !
A message of the commander throw us in our new environment "Welcome to Miami, temperature is 82°" (of course we speaks about Fahrenheit degrees!! (30 ° C))

    ISLANDS OF ADVENTURE. The park of all feelings, fear guaranteed! This park is with a world of large rollercoasters, loops, crazy attractions with feelings and strong emotions! Universal's has chosen to completely separate its strongest attractions with much feelings from all other attractions.
You can believe me, one day in this park kill you!!!

       And already the return back after more than 15 days of madness.
To finish with Miami and visit of the fashionable district of "Cocowalk"…
We are on Friday May 13 and we heard that the plane is flying over the top of the "Bermudas triangle" …
                                            a way for Florida to tell us "see u soon" ?….

Florida is certainly THE travel of my life.

Since I was a child, my dream was always to visit the world's biggest park, his name is Walt Disney Word (Orlando, Florida).

While growing I discovered that Florida was not only the country of parks but also land of mythical, huge towns such as Miami, KeyWest, Tampa, Daytona, Orlando…

Moreover it is in Florida where we can find historical places like Cape Carnaveral and others ont but also all the natural parks like Everglades.

Florida is the place of many series and movies that we can remember when we go to the Tampa "coyote coffee", or to the well known hooters, before make a wonderful ballade with car some in the middle of ocean while going through the 7-mile bridge that we can see in particular in the final scene in so many movies.
It is also the place of many police series like Miami Vice, NCIS…

Florida, called " Sunshine State" , the state of the sun…. and even the music of these webpages remembers me the roads and the towns by night and day...

In 2005, I concretized this dream…

Miami and Miami Beach. Only the name talk us so much things that it would be impossible to describe this mythical city in its entirety! Sand beaches, madness nights , wonderful cars in a district "art deco" of the United States from the past century, Miami is the Florida starting place, all seems immensely disproportionate, and at the moment you go through the airport door, palm trees, sun, taxis, and all this environment, makes you feel something to impossible to explain. Miami and his doors are open for us....

Key West, the city with the "0" Mile, the point the more in the south in the United States, located at the end of ten islands and bridges with the most famous 7-mile bridge, wonderful. The city is completely out of time and completely shifted and we can meet all kinds of crazy people there ! (by the way, on the video you will discover a man who tries to release himself from chains!) It is also in Key West that we can taste the celebrates " Key Lime Pie" (miam)….

UNIVERSAL STUDIOS. The big brother of Disney MGM is very fun with all his attractions based on large movies like "Back to the Future" , "Men in Black" , but also "Jaws", "Terminator 2" , without forgetting the incredible "Return of the Mummy" , an amazing attraction!
During a few seconds we really believed we where in the movie.... . really.

       DISNEY MGM. The park of the Disney studios with its famous well known "Tower of Terror" which France has today also made. All is done there to believe himself in a movie and each attraction transports us in another part of cinema history, from Mickey the small mouse, to the by horror of the 4th dimension and then finish by a live concert in a roller coaster with Aerosmith!!!

EPCOT. My BEST one from all others, which surprised me at the same time by its futuristic side issued from a many science fiction movies, but also by its side "World Showcase" the window of the world or not less than 10 countries are represented (from Norway to Mexico, even Morocco and Japan…) with a restaurant of the country, a store, but also a personnel from this country!!
Of course we don't forget to visit France and we discovered very nice people before signing our official Epcot passport !!!!
A fairy tale… Epcot is the only park we made 2 times…

Just beside DisneyWorld, his large friend, arrived straight from Orlando, the Universal's parks made up of two totaly opposite parks surrounding an island entirely devoted to the night…

   ANIMAL KINGDOM is the park of all people who is in love with nature and the animals. At the center you will find the "Tree of Life", a tree made up with more than 200 statues of animals out of the wood, which shows us the way from Cambodgia  to India in a wonderful place full of nature decorations. Add to this the "Rainforest Coffee", an coffee in a infested jungle of animals and where a tornado falls down every hour… wow !

     SEA WORLD. Its name show you the topic of this park. Filled of dolphins, orcs, penguins, manatee, turtles, and all sorts of thing you can find when thinking to the sea. We can even find a reproduction of Key West there, ah so much memories… but what a pity we can't find no "key lime pie" here!!!

         MAGIC KINGDOM. The original of the park that we can find in Paris. Here all is just dream and fairyhood, with Mickey in first place. Magic Kingdom was the first park being built before all the others and this is in this incredible park that we can find the very known attraction "It's a small world". I am sure you already heard this crazy  music for sure !!!

      BLIZZARD BEACH AND TYPHOON LAGOON. Two water parks so huge that one of the two is even larger than one of our French parks. The first seems to be in winter sports covered with snow, while the second simulates a deserted island where a boat would have shrank.
The most impressive, was when we decided to swim with the sharks…

NAPLES AND TAMPA, both step cities but in which you can find some places impossible to miss as "Tampa Coyotte Coffee" which gave its name to a movie "Coyotte Ugly", but also Ybor City, incredible party place, then finish in a wonderful Bush Gardens park, the park which seems to be an huge zoo with spectacular attractions. But the most beautiful attraction to be seen in this area, and in all Florida was her… Kimberly.

The trip

Florida is certainly THE travel of my life.

Since I was a child, my dream was always to visit the world's biggest park, his name is Walt Disney Word (Orlando, Florida).
